The T-Bone Steak is made up of the Strip Loin on one side and the Tenderloin on the other.
A T-Bone Steak must have at least 1/2 inch thick Tenderloin side while a Porterhouse must have a tenderloin of at least 1.25 inches thick at its widest portion.
